Our Involvement
At Pure Motion Physiotherapy we strive to be involved in the community and connect with local runners. We do so by working closely with all runners from the Steveston Run Crew, and community events such as Park Run and a joint event with community partners called Outlast, an event looking to showcase running, strengthening, and mobility to help runners improve their running and prevent injuries at the same time.
Park Run x Ice Breaker (2023)
With a connection with Steveston Run Club, we had raffle prizes containing a shirt and one free physiotherapy session. We look forward to being a part of more Park Run and Ice Breaker events in the future.
Outlast
A collaboration with Shift and Lift Fitness to bring the local running community together at Athiana Acres! This event consisted of a 6km run followed by a strength and mobility workout to help runners of all levels focus on their power and flexibility. We were then joined by Re By Barb for a sound bath to end the event and bring some calm to an exciting morning. We look forward to being a part of more community events in the future.
